Annual Giving Program:
Annually at registration time, the School Board invites parents to make their annual pledge/promise to the annual fund. This fund was established to allow the school to maintain its current programs and technology, to enrich programs as necessary, to continue offering the multiple-student discount, and to keep tuition cost competitive. Each family is asked to participate as their means allow. Families may choose various ways to meet their pledge: in one payment, in two semi-annual payments, or on a monthly basis. All donations are tax-deductible.
The funds raised through this program have contributed to countless learning opportunities for our students and have supported the faculty's requests for materials and the implementation of amazing lessons/projects.
SCRIP Program:
This program is a fundraiser which supports the schools
budgetary needs. It is a fundamental fact that fundraisers are essential to
every school and the beauty of SCRIP is that this program doesnt take
your time or your money, nor does it use your children as salespeople. Each
family is required to purchase $4,000 of SCRIP yearly. Accommodations can always
be made in case of financial hardship or emergency. Participating in SCRIP permits
a lower tuition rate with no additional money spent. Your purchases of certificates
are treated as cash at the store of your choice. Each time you buy, you select
your number of certificates from a list of participating stores. The school
receives a percentage of the certificates value for every purchase. Your
scrip money or check not only buys fruit and milk but also microscopes and software
at the same time.
Financial Aid:
Families in need of financial assistance must apply for such
assistance at registration time.
